Dentsply Sirona Renews Full-Building Lease in Waltham

Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) said Monday that Dentsply Sirona Inc., the world’s largest diversified manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, signed an 84,413-square-foot, six-year renewal at 590 Lincoln St. in HBRE’s Waltham Campus. Dentsply Sirona has leased the entire building since 2017 and will continue as its sole occupant through 2032.

“Dentsply Sirona has been a valued tenant partner of HBRE for nearly a decade, and we look forward to extending this long-standing relationship,” said Peter Gottlieb, president & CEO of HBRE. “This renewal highlights the strength of our partnership and demonstrates the success of HBRE’s operations, service offerings, and focus on resilience in our portfolio. Our collaboration has created an environment where industry-leading firms, such as Dentsply Sirona, choose to thrive.”

CBRE represented HBRE and Cushman & Wakefield represented Dentsply Sirona in leasing negotiations. Located 12 miles from Boston, Waltham Campus spans 11 buildings and more than two million square feet.
