CRE veteran Denton Walker joined Transwestern Development Co. (TDC), taking on the role of Regional Partner for the company’s National Logistics Group. With the hire, Walker ended a more than 30-year stint at Trammell Crow Co. (TCC).  In his new role, Walker will be responsible for logistics development projects throughout the Southwest, with a focus on Texas. He will operate out of Transwestern’s Dallas office.

During his stint at TCC, Walker focused on a wide range of activities, including property leasing, construction and financing. “With 30 years of experience, Denton brings deep knowledge and a proven track record with outstanding relationships to our growing team,” said TDC’s John Thomas. Walker’s hire follows a series of senior leader appointments, including five experts with more than 30 years of experience, bringing the Logistics Group to 23 professionals across six regional offices.
