CLX Ventures Start Work on Million plus square foot project in Denton

Denton Site for Million-Plus Square Foot Industrial Project

CLX Ventures, alongside Principal Real Estate Investors are moving ahead with construction of a 1,193,000 square foot three-building project. The ICC-35 will be on 73 acres at the corner of I-35 and Hwy 288 in Denton.

CLX’s Brad Copeland has a lot to say about the town, “CLX is excited to enter the booming Denton industrial submarket. The Denton labor market is exceptional and has been a steady draw for users looking for space in the metroplex.”

The project includes 32-36 foot clear heights, cross deck and rear load configurations and ample parking. Matt Carthey, Andrew Gilbert and Keaton Brice of Holt Lunsford Commercial will be leasing the property. ICC-35 is anticipated to be complete in August of 2023.
