Dental Startup Expands to Brooklyn via Thor Equities

Thor Equities leased a portion of 180 Bedford in Williamsburg to Tend Dental. The dentistry startup, which recently opened in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, signed a lease for over 8,000 square feet across three levels, including the full second floor and rooftop at the Thor Equities development.

“We are thrilled Tend Dental has chosen 180 Bedford for their first location in Brooklyn and strongly believe they will successfully shake up the dental industry,” said Thor Equities chairman Joe Sitt. “The brand-new building is the perfect setting for the innovative company to execute their mission with modern construction, a central location, and access to the growing residential population in Williamsburg.”

Jason Pennington, Andy Clemmens, Alex Beard and Ben Weiner of Ripco, along with Sam Sabin of Thor Equities, represented the landlord. CBRE’s Robert Bonicoro and Stephen Sjurset represented Tend Dental.
