Dental Products-Occupied Asset in Lompoc Sells
An 81,687-square-foot industrial building located on more than eight acres of land at 1017 W. Central Ave. in Lompoc, CA, sold for $6.2 million. DenMat, which employs nearly 400 workers and currently occupies the entire property, has also signed a five-year extension for what is the company’s headquarters and major manufacturing operations.
Lee & Associates’ Tom Davidson represented the seller, Fagerdala USA, Lompoc, and DenMat in its lease extension. The buyer was an undisclosed local investor.
Davidson says, “There is excess land and a tentative parcel map has been approved which would create an additional 1.83-acre parcel. There are designs for an additional 30,000 square-foot industrial building on this site.”
