Dental Practice Expands to Upper West Side

Lee & Associates NYC represented Soul Dental in a new long-term lease for 2,000 square feet at 269 Amsterdam Ave. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It will be the dental practice’s third location in Manhattan.

Brad Schwarz, executive managing director and principal at Lee NYC, represented Soul Dental. Rafe Evans of Walker, Malloy & Company represented the landlord.
