Dental Practice Establishes Hudson Square Presence

MY NYC Dentist, a diversified group of dental practices in the New York City area, will launch its new Hudson Street Dental Associates location at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 315 Hudson St.

The dental practice has signed a 4,446 square-foot lease on the ground floor of the 10-story, 500,000-square-foot property for its fifth Manhattan location.

The new transaction follows last year’s announcement that Google will anchor 315 Hudson and establish a portion of its Hudson Square campus at the property. The global tech giant is in the final stages of its office installation.

MY NYC Dentist was represented by Savitt Partners’ Corey Hight and Elliot Zelinger. Jack Resnick & Sons’ Brett Greenberg and Adam Rappaport represented building ownership.

Resnick is currently marketing three retail spaces ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet at the property.
