Dental Clinic for Walk-Ins Opening in Astoria
MediDental Care, described as a new concept of dental care geared to walk-in clients, is opening its first location at 22-46 31st St. in Astoria. The clinic will occupy nearly 3,000 square feet in a lease arranged by CBRE.
CBRE’s Dean Rosenzweig, Jeremy Scholder and Ed Glackin represented both MediDental and the landlord, QN Realty LLC.
“The MediDental Care concept is a welcome addition to the Astoria neighborhood, where many young professionals and families live,” said Rosenzweig. “This demographic seeks out on-demand products and services, preferring to walk in to a clinic on their own time, rather than making an appointment weeks or even months in advance.”
Since signing the deal with MediDental, “similar on-demand health care concepts, like CityMD, have opened nearby and had success with the local population,” said Scholder. “We expect MediDental to be embraced by the community for its overall convenience and quality of service.”
