Denholtz Inks Lease Extension at Bernardsville Offices

Denholtz Properties secured a lease extension for 8,474 square feet with Decile.Ten Communications at 150 Morristown Rd. in Bernardsville, NJ.

David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz. JLL’s Charlie Dillon advised the tenant, a boutique medical communications company with clients across the United States.

Last year, Denholtz Properties completed a half-million-dollar capital improvement project at the two-story, 54,599-square-foot office property aimed at creating a modern and flexible office. The improvement project included significant upgrades to the lobby, new healthy vending options, new lighting, new contemporary furniture and fixtures, new flooring, upgraded HVAC and replacement of the existing walkway.

“We continually strive to create office buildings that companies, large and small, in a diverse variety of markets can be proud to call home,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, SVP of leasing at Denholtz.
