Denholtz Buys North Bergen Apartment Complex for $89M 

Denholtz Properties has acquired the “Solo at North Bergen” apartment complex for $89 million. The North Bergen complex consists of 214 apartments across one five-story building with 76 units and three three-story buildings with 138 units.  

The property, built in 2023, boasts amenities, including a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse, outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, and grilling station. It was sold at a 5.5 percent cap rate and was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.  

The purchase was facilitated by Jonathan Brody of Rosewood Realty Group on behalf of Denholtz, while Nat Gambuzza and Spencer Beriont of Berkadia represented the seller, SYM Investments.
