Denham Wolf Recommits to 520 Eighth Ave. for 11 More Years

Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, which advises nonprofit organizations, has signed an 11-year lease for 9,253 square feet on the 25th floor of 520 Eighth Ave. in the Garment Center. The tenant, which first moved into the building in 2001, added an additional 3,887 square feet to its existing 5,366-square-foot offices.

Christopher Turner and Kate Hrobsky of Denham Wolf represented the tenant in-house. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented ownership, also in-house.

“Denham Wolf seized the opportunity to expand its offices, gaining the additional space needed due to significant growth in recent years,” said Mandell. “We are thrilled to have Paul and his team at 520 Eighth Ave. for the long term.”
