Denham Wolf Real Estate Services has hired Vanessa Melo as an Associate and Noah Trapolino as an Analyst.  

Melo will be supporting clients and project management staff. With expertise in managing capital projects for nonprofit organizations and navigating NYC’s entitlement process, Melo contributes to the project documentation, FF&E procurement coordination, and project team assembly. She gained experience as a real estate fellow at the Trust for Governors Island, specializing in real estate development in historic districts. 

Trapolino works closely with transaction specialists and project managers, assisting nonprofit clients in property acquisition, disposition, and strategic real estate planning. With previous experience as a real estate analyst for a developer and private equity investor, Trapolino’s responsibilities include creating real estate-related financial models and conducting analyses.
