Delta Community Provides Acquisition Loan for Kennesaw Office Property
Delta Community Credit Union has provided acquisition financing for Chastain Center, a single-story office complex in Kennesaw. Atlanta investor Glenfield Capital acquired the property for $46.1 million from seller TerraCap Management.
Chastain Center is a six building, 303,451-square-foot office park located 25 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta. Tenants at the property include Dover Corp., the General Services Administration and the IT division of Aaron’s Inc.
