Deloitte to Relocate to Downtown Winthrop Center Tower 

Deloitte is relocating its Boston office to Millennium Partners’ new Winthrop Center tower in downtown Boston, reported by Boston Business Journal.  

Deloitte has signed a lease for approximately 138,000 square feet, making it the largest lease agreement at Winthrop Center and the largest office deal signed in Boston this year. The move will see Deloitte leave its current location on Berkeley Street in Back Bay, where it has been for nearly 25 years. The firm expects to move into Winthrop Center in the fall of 2024.  

Deloitte will join other tenants such as Cambridge Associates, McKinsey & Co., Income Research and Management, and ECG Management Consultants. Cambridge Associates is scheduled to be the first among these businesses to move into its offices, with the move taking place next week.
