Deloitte Fills Out 1221 Avenue of the Americas

Deloitte took one of the last large available spaces at the landmark high-rise 1221 Avenue of the Americas. The firm leased two full floors at the tower, totalling 98,000 square feet of office space.
“The building offers tenants one of the most commuter-friendly and amenity-rich locations in Manhattan,” said Ed Guiltinan, senior vice president and head of leasing in New York for Rockefeller Group.
Since Rockefeller announce a wave of renovations finished in 2016, companies have signed new leases and renewals totaling 1.5 million square feet at the tower, which is now 98% occupied. Earlier this year, the tower’s neighbor at 1251 Avenue of the America’s also hit 98%.
