Deliveries Begin at New-Build River North Condos

The first closings and deliveries of residences have been completed at Ascend Real Estate Group’s Superior House, a new 12-story, 33-unit luxury condominium building in River North.

Located at 366 W. Superior St., Superior House is currently 70% sold and has a number of residences available for immediate delivery.

“As the first large-scale, new-construction condominium development to deliver since our world changed a couple of months ago, Superior House is a testament to the ingenuity and commitment of our entire project team,” said Walter Rebenson, CEO of Ascend Real Estate Group.

He added, “Our entire team including Power Construction and our union subcontractors should be commended for enacting safety protocols while maintaining a high level of quality construction, enabling our work to finish on schedule.”

Cyndy Salgado, EVP of development sales for @properties Developer Services, said, “This is River North’s new ‘it building.'”
