Delayed Renovation of Hotel Ändra Finally Complete

After pandemic related delays and closures, the renovation of the Hotel Ändra on Fourth Avenue in Downtown Seattle has finally been completed. The project at the 10-story property consisted of a full redo of the guest rooms and lobby, HVAC replacement and elevator upgrade.

According to a news release, the redone rooms are inspired by Seattle’s Scandinavian heritage and designed to mimic European flat-style living. New room amenities include a built-in mini bar, high-speed Wi-Fi and HD television. The Hotel Ändra’s 1,500-square-foot presidential suite, dubbed the Monarch Suite, was also renovated and now features a grand king canopy bed and a dining table that seats 10.

The Lobby remodel includes locally-made leather sectionals and a full-height fireplace, flanked by floor-to-ceiling shelves. The Hotel Ändra also features a pair of restaurants and a floating loft and bar that overlooks the lobby. Rates at the property start at about $250 a night.
