Del Amo Crossing Signs Trio for $29M
Irvine, CA-based The Muller Company signed three leases totaling more than $29 million at Del Amo Crossing, a 422,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex in Torrance, CA. Deals for more than 73,000 square feet of space were completed with 24 Hour Fitness, Regus and Pasona.
24 Hour Fitness’ $22 million, 15-year lease of a new 44,000-square-foot building is the chain’s first Super Sport club in the area. Savills Studley’s Bryan Norcott represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Sinfield and Leslie Mayer.
Regus signed a $6 million, 11-year lease for 18,000 square feet. JLL’s Jason Fine represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Sinfield. Pasona signed a five-year, $1.75 million lease for nearly 11,000 square feet. CBRE’s Kenji Sakai represented Pasona, while the landlord was represented by Sinfield.
