Defense Contractor Leases Office Space in Lexington

R.W. Holmes arranged a new lease of 10,437 square feet of office space at 1 Hartwell Pl., Lexington, MA. The tenant is Boston Fusion, a privately held company that develops algorithms and analytics to transform data into strategic assets for the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.

SVPs Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, and David Gilkie, SIOR, CCIM of R.W. Holmes represented Boston Fusion. North River Company, the landlord, was represented by Tim Latham, James Tambone, and Chris Deveaux of Lincoln Property Company.

“We are thrilled to have assisted Boston Fusion in identifying space that best suits their needs for the foreseeable future,” said Ogasapian. “After a lengthy search along the central 128 submarket, BFC was attracted to 1 Hartwell for its mix of amenities, existing conditions of the space, and an attentive landlord in North River Company.”
