Dedeaux Properties Breaks Ground on $38 Million Business Park
Dedeaux Properties broke ground on its more than 246,000 square-foot business development, Echelon Business Park, in the City of Industry. Construction reportedly began August 2nd, 2017, and is expected to run through the first quarter of 2018. The complex will feature seven individual buildings; each of which will range between 27,000 and 43,000 square feet.
Dedeaux Properties’ President, Brett Dedeaux said, “With a lack of infill land to build modern warehouses, coupled with strong demand from a vibrant regional economy with access to the largest ports in the country, there is a near-chronic shortage of product for the small- or mid-sized industrial tenant or buyer.
“The “$38 million development benefits from its easy access to I-10, I-605 and the 60 and 57 Freeways… [as well as] a modern, secured campus.”
The firm expects to attract tenants through a premium value proposition.
