Debbie Pomerantz Launches Independent Multifamily Brokerage

Veteran multifamily investment brokerage professional Debbie Pomerantz has launched an independent commercial real estate brokerage firm, DLP Real Estate. The firm’s debut aligns with the $13.25-million sale of Raritan Riverside, a newly constructed, 42-unit luxury multifamily community located at 21 Orlando Dr. in Raritan, NJ. Pomerantz represented the unnamed seller and procured the buyer.

The newly completed Raritan Riverside offers a mix of one-bedroom, 1.5-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath modern configurations with high-end appointments and tenant-centric layouts. The property integrates a newly completed bike path that directly connects residents to the Somerset County Greenway network.

“Launching DLP Real Estate allows me to bring a highly agile, creative and unencumbered approach to the multifamily investment sales market,” said Pomerantz, who previously served as SVP with a multifamily-focused brokerage in Northern New Jersey. “Raritan Riverside is the perfect flagship transaction to debut the firm. It represents exactly what today’s apartment-property investors look for: superior architectural visibility that honors its local community while tapping directly into regional lifestyle infrastructure like the Somerset County Greenway.”
