Dealpath Integrates Platform with JLL Investor Center

Dealpath unveiled an integration offering for its deal management platform with the JLL Investor Center, launching with Rockpoint Group as a key client and partner. The technology partnership, reportedly the first of its kind, will connect commercial real estate investment sale opportunities with San Francisco- and New York-based Dealpath’s deal management software, allowing investors to evaluate potential deals in a centralized command center.

JLL’s venture fund, JLL Spark, made a strategic investment in Dealpath in 2018. Through its growing partnership, JLL and Dealpath commenced a beta program with Rockpoint and other clients. This data integration partnership enables JLL to pipe data directly into the internal deal pipelines of clients shared with Dealpath.

“We view this partnership between JLL and Dealpath as a tremendous opportunity to get the right assets in front of the right investors with greater accuracy and speed,” said Jay Koster, president of investor services at JLL.
