Dealmakers in the Spotlight at REBNY Awards Ceremony

Commercial real estate deal-making will take center stage at next month’s Real Estate Board of New York ceremony honoring this year’s Ingenious Deal of the Year Award recipients. REBNY on Tuesday announced 14 nominated deals across the sales, leasing and finance categories.

“Each year we witness great achievements by our commercial real estate brokers in their work to further New York City’s business community, and this past year was no exception,” said Woody Heller, co-chair of REBNY’s sales brokers committee and co-head of Savills Studley’s capital markets group. “The 2017 deals in the running for these coveted awards stand out for their innovative solutions and expert negotiation.”

The board will present first, second and third-place awards in each category at its REBNY Sales Brokers Committee cocktail party, scheduled for April 10 at Club 101 in Midtown.
