DDR sells Colorado’s Aspen Grove for $82M

DDR Corp. sold the 268,000-square-foot Aspen Grove shopping center in Littleton, CO to Gerrity Group of Solana Beach, CA. The Ohio-based seller walked away from the transaction with $82 million.

Aspen Grove, at 7301 S. Santa Fe Dr., is situated on 15.3 acres. Tenants include Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Ted’s Montana Grill, the Tattered Cover, and an Apple store. In fact, the Apple store was one of the first in the Denver metro when Aspen Grove opened in 2001.
