DCT to Build 168K-SF Industrial Spec in Denver

DCT Industrial Trust acquired 14.8 acres in Denver’s Northeast submarket, near Interstate 70 and Denver International Airport. The Denver industrial developer plans to build the 168,000-square-foot DCT Summit Distribution Center, a front-loading, speculative Class A building.

DCT worked with multiple sellers to assemble three land parcels that created the site. No construction date for the project has been announced. DCT’s Mark Bowen is handling leasing.

“Denver’s thriving economy and population growth has created one of the strongest distribution markets in the country, creating a greater need for more well-located, state-of-the-art distribution buildings,” Bowen said. “DCT Summit Distribution Center is perfectly located to address this need, and is being developed to satisfy the requirements of today’s sophisticated tenant.”
