Defense contracting company DCI Solutions is expanding its presence at The Government and Technology Enterprise (The GATE) in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The company has signed a lease for 12,074 square feet of space at 6175 Guardian Gateway, a single-story building within The GATE. 

DCI Solutions, which provides cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, systems engineering, healthcare IT engineering, and program management services, will relocate approximately 130 employees to the new space this summer.  

The GATE is a 416-acre business community located within APG, offering tenants 24/7 unrestricted access to the secure military installation. St. John Properties, the landlord, has delivered 14 buildings comprising approximately 745,000 square feet of office and flex/R&D space at The GATE since 2009. Michael Tait of St. John Properties represented the landlord and the client was self-represented in this lease transaction.
