DCHFA Expands MF Lending Team with New SVP 

Marcus Ervin has been appointed as the senior vice president of Multifamily Lending and Neighborhood Investments at the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (DCHFA).  

In this role, he will serve as Chief Underwriter, focusing on business development and the management of the agency’s predevelopment construction pipelines.  

Prior to joining DCHFA, Marcus Ervin was the director of development at the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, where he was responsible for acquiring and developing a portfolio of around 7,000 sustainable rental housing units. He also served as the senior development officer at the Howard County Housing Commission, managing acquisitions and redevelopments valued at over $250 million.
