DCG Fulfillment Signs 306K SF Lease in Central Valley

Ontario, CA-based DCG Fulfillment has signed a 306,000-square-foot lease at an industrial warehouse in Lathrop, CA. It is the company’s first location outside of the Inland Empire, and brings DCG’s total footprint to more than 3.7 million square feet.

“Lathrop Gateway is a prime location for fulfillment operations, with easy access to multiple transportation nodes across the West Coast,” said Newmark’s Ron Washle, SIOR who represented DCG in the lease transaction. The firm’s Mark Kegans, SIOR and Joe Fabian also assisted.

Located at 3462 W. Yosemite Avenue in the Northern California city of Lathrop, the building is over 610,000 square feet, and sits approximately 65 miles east of the Port of Oakland. The real estate property includes 3,400 square feet of office space, 110 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 4,000-amp power and parking for 364 cars and 130 truck trailers.
