DCC Provides $10M for SoHo Mixed-Use Property 

Derby Copeland Capital has closed a $9.85 million loan associated with the acquisition of a mixed-use property at 414-416 West Broadway in Soho. The purchase price for the property was $13.2 million.  

The building is a four-story mixed-use elevator property with a total area of 13,396 square feet. It includes recently renovated rental apartments, one unrenovated apartment, one office space, and a ground-floor retail space with a contiguous basement.  

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale on behalf of the seller Valroge Corporation.
