Dayton Street Partners Snags 18K-SF Truck Terminal in Tampa
Chicago-based commercial real estate and development firm Dayton Street Partners has acquired a 17,897-square-foot truck terminal located at 3725 E. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Tampa. The sales price was not disclosed.
Located near I-4, I-75, I-275 and Tampa International Airport, the truck terminal/warehouse sits on five acres and features 41 dock doors. There is also a standalone two bay maintenance garage. The property includes approximately 164 trailer stalls, parking for 26 cars and is fully fenced and lit. It is currently fully leased to ABF Freight.
Will McFarlin of Burr & Temkin represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction.
“This was a great opportunity to capitalize on increasing demand in the market and is part of a larger corporate strategy to invest in well-located, logistics related real estate assets in Florida and throughout the U.S.,” said Michael Schack, principal at Dayton Street Partners.
