Dayton Street Brings Manufacturer to Morton Grove

Dayton Street Partners executed a lease at 6123 Monroe Ct. in Morton Grove, IL with Cofair Products. Cofair will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of the warehouse/distribution facility, located in the Edens industrial corridor. The new space represents an expansion and consolidation of the company’s three Skokie, IL locations. The lease commences in February 2020.

Cofair is a leading manufacturer and distributor of waterproofing self-adhesive membranes and flashing tapes for installing and repairing roofs, windows, RV’s, mobile homes, skylights, decks, gutters, driveways and more.

The new warehouse/distribution center, which consolidates the company’s space from three Skokie locations, puts the company near critical supply chain infrastructure, local expressways and a talented labor pool.

Brendan Green with Colliers International represented Cofair in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Fischer and Steve Stone advised Dayton Street Partners.
