Healthcare real estate developer Davis will soon begin work on a multi-tenant multispecialty clinic in Eagan, MN

Davis to Develop Multispecialty Clinic in Eagan

Minneapolis-based developer Davis said it would soon begin construction on a 35,000-square-foot multispecialty clinic and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Eagan, MN. The Class A medical office building and ASC, to be located at Lone Oak Road and Highway 55, will be anchored by Midwest Surgery Center, which has signed a lease for 27,000 square feet..

The new MOB and ASC will represent an important milestone for Eagan, according to Mark Davis, founder and principal of the national healthcare real estate development, investment, brokerage and property management firm.

“This will be the first multi-tenant medical facility built in Eagan in a very long-time,” said Davis. “We’re pleased that the facility has already attracted a stellar anchor tenant, the experienced, well respected Midwest Surgery Center.”

The Eagan location will be Midwest Surgery’s second ASC in the east metro area, with the first one located in Woodbury.
