The Davis Companies has appointed Mai Zhang as Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In his new role, Zhang will lead the asset management of Davis’ multi-family portfolio.  

Zhang brings over ten years of experience, having held leadership roles at JBG Smith Properties, where he led the operating strategy for approximately 6,500 residential units and oversaw value-add investment initiatives.
