Davis & Gilbert Expands HQ at 1675 Broadway 

Law firm Davis & Gilbert LLP is expanding its headquarters at 1675 Broadway, a 35-story, 800,000-square-foot office tower in Midtown.  

The new 13-year lease adds 12,022 square feet on the 35th floor, bringing the firm’s total presence in the building to 98,124 square feet. Davis & Gilbert has been located in the building since 2019, occupying space across the 31st through 34th floors and a portion of the 35th floor.  

Lewis Miller, Michael Wellen and Chris Hogan of CBRE represented Davis & Gilbert. Building ownership was represented by Robert Steinman, Senior Vice President at Rudin.
