Davis Cos. Snags 156K Industrial Portfolio in Metro Boston

Investment firm The Davis Cos. has acquired a four-property industrial flex portfolio in Wilmington and Methuen, MASS. The sales price was reported as $44.2 million.

The four-property portfolio totals 156,276 square feet and also includes a fully entitled development site that can support up to 235,000 square feet of new product.

Kerry Hawkins of JLL represented the seller in the transaction, Massachusetts-based investment firm PGA Realty Co. The portfolio was fully leased at the time of sale.
