Davis Companies Signs Snack Food Company at Industrial Campus

The Davis Companies has entered into a 10-year lease agreement with a confidential snack food company at Upton Crossing, a newly developed industrial campus located at 38 Upton Dr. in Wilmington, MA. The company will occupy 32,493 square feet of industrial space beginning in the first quarter of 2025. More than two-thirds of the campus’ 215,000 rentable square feet of Class A industrial/flex space is now occupied.

“Optimally located, Upton Crossing is well suited for companies with a need for a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center to meet the heavy demands of their regional customer base,” said Cappy Daume, Chief Portfolio Management Officer at Davis. “This lease underscores Davis’ commitment to offer flexibility to tenants and to address the diverse needs of our valued occupants.”

Davis’s Upton Crossing campus includes five buildings of manufacturing, distribution, research and development space across more than 37 acres. Joe Fabiano, James Lipscomb, Jordan Yarboro and Brian Tisbert of JLL represented ownership and Bart Anderson and Juliana Fiore of CBRE represented the tenant.
