Davis Companies Names VP of Development

Kristopher Yetman has joined The Davis Companies as VP of Development, a newly created role. He’ll be involved with early-stage pre-development activities such as project originations and acquisitions, underwriting and entitlements, conceptual design and budgeting of a broad range of asset classes.

Yetman joins Davis with more than 15 years’ combined experience in real estate development and construction management. He most recently served as senior development director at Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham, MA.

At Benchmark, Yetman had responsibilities for project origination as well as oversight and execution of development strategies for new projects throughout the East Coast.

Yetman’s “deep expertise, wide array of skills and holistic mindset across the entire development project life cycle will contribute greatly in advising us on important pre-development and acquisition decisions to advance our portfolio,” said Michael A. Cantalupa, chief development officer at Davis.
