Davis Commercial Launches Logistics Commerce Center Construction

Houston-based Davis Commercial Development officially broke ground on Logistics Commerce Center, a 400,400-square-foot, Class A speculative industrial complex in San Antonio’s Cornerstone Industrial Park. The project is the developer’s first in the market, and is expected to deliver in Q1 2019.

The 28.4-acre project will consist of two Class A warehouses, one of 260,000-square-feet, and the other at 140,400-square-feet. The project is near the intersection of Interstates 10 and 410. Space sizes begin at 35,000 square feet.

Rob Burlingame and Josh Aguilar represented Davis Commercial Development in the purchase of the land for this development, and will continue to handle the marketing and leasing for this project. American National Insurance Company is the developer’s financial partner.
