Davis, Boston Development Sign Three Life Science Tenants at Watertown’s 66 Galen

The Davis Companies and Boston Development Group secured approximately 97,000 square feet of new leasing activity at 66 Galen St., a purpose-built Class A life science building located in Watertown, MA. The three new lease agreements with Labshares, NanoDx and Psivant Therapeutics, Inc. bring the building to more than 95% leased.

Labshares, a shared-laboratory operator for emerging biotech companies, will occupy 58,000 square feet at 66 Galen. NanoDx, a company specializing in rapid point-of-care diagnostics, is occupying 20,908 square feet. Psivant, a biotechnology company pioneering a physics-driven approach to drug design, will occupy 18,198 square feet. They join LifeMine Therapeutics and another new biotech company as tenants at 66 Galen.

Bob Richards, Ben Coffin and Sam Crossan of JLL represented 66 Galen ownership. Sam Crossan of JLL represented Labshares; Stefan T. Frey of Commonwealth Commercial Advisors represented NanoDX; and Mitch Perez and Julia Ryan of Cushman & Wakefield represented Psivant.
