Davis Adds 7 Tenants, Brings Kendall Square Offices to 85% Leased

The Davis Companies has secured seven new lease agreements totaling more than 72,000 square feet at its 201 Broadway office property in Cambridge, MA’s Kendall Square. The building is now more than 85% leased.

The newest additions to 201 Broadway include insurance technology company Insurify; Mitsubishi Electric US, Inc., joining anchor tenant Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories; Applied Materials; Data4Cure; spec suite occupancies by a global energy and materials solutions company and a global engineering innovation company; and Asian-Mediterranean restaurant Flavor Boom!

“Securing 72,000-plus square feet of office leases in Kendall Square is a significant achievement, particularly in the highly competitive East Cambridge market,” said Duncan Gilkey, SVP, director of leasing at Davis. “We are proud of our growing list of acclaimed tenants and their participation in Cambridge’s innovation hub. We look forward to seeing them thrive in this dynamic environment.”

Robert Fitzgerald, Patrick Grady, Jim Boudrot, Peter Evans, Steve James and Henry Birmingham of Hunneman represented ownership as the listing agent for 201 Broadway.
