Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse Expands to West Coast

Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, an iconic East Coast restaurant, plans to open its first West Coast location at Irvine Towers, where Irvine Company recently completed a multi-million dollar reinvestment. The 257-seat restaurant will be at 18420 Von Karman Ave., Irvine, in the former Prego Ristorante space.

Irvine Company Office Properties’ Tom Greubel says Davio’s and Irvine Towers represent, “a perfect pairing of business and dining. We’re excited that our customers and residents from across the region will now finally be able to join their East Coast counterparts in enjoying outstanding experiences at one of the nation’s most renowned restaurants.”

Designed by Restaurant Design Group, the restaurant will feature high ceilings complemented by warm wood tones. A centerpiece of the restaurant is the open kitchen concept, which provides 11 guests front-row seats of Davio’s master culinary team at work. Davio’s Irvine Towers location will feature a 30-seat bar and lounge area.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
