David Yurman Expands Downtown HQ to 150K SF 

Hudson Square Properties (HSP) has announced a lease renewal and expansion by David Yurman, a global jewelry brand, at their headquarters located at 200 Hudson Street in Downtown. The extended lease sees an expansion of over 25% to 150,000 square feet. 

David Yurman operates across the United States, Canada, and France, with a strong global presence in over 350 locations. 200 Hudson Street offers a prime location, spanning 380,971 square feet across 12 floors. Other notable tenants include Steelcase and Havas. 

Hudson Square Properties was represented by Peter Shimkin of Newmark and Nichole Cortese of Loeb & Loeb in the deal. David Yurman was represented by Mary Ann Tighe, Ken Meyerson, Ariel Ball, Alex Leopold and Ali Gordon of CBRE, as well as Robyn Abbate of Wiggin and Dana.
