David Timmerman Joins Campus Advantage

Austin-based Campus Advantage, a student housing investor, developer, and manager, hired David Timmerman to take on the role of Vice President of Operations. In his new position, Timmerman will have oversight of several Campus Advantage third-party managed student housing properties.

Timmerman’s recent job was that of Regional Vice President with Asset Campus Housing, where he managed operations of a multistate portfolio totaling 6,175 units. He also had several leadership roles with American Campus Communities and Campus Living Villages. Timmerman’s career includes multi-million dollar budget development and implementation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives and an extensive history of operations management.

Timmerman received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in student personnel in higher education from the University of Georgia.
