David Lynn Will Lead White Oak MOB REIT

White Oak Healthcare Finance named David Lynn president and CIO of White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT, covering the nation. Lynn joins from Everest Healthcare Properties, LLC, a leading national private equity real estate firm that he founded and where he served as chairman and CEO.

“David is a seasoned investor and well-recognized leader in the healthcare real estate industry who brings to White Oak valuable experience and deep relationships with key constituents in our sector,” said Isaac Soleimani, chairman and CEO of White Oak, headquartered in Midtown Manhattan. “We are excited to begin working with him to build out this promising segment of our business.”

Prior to founding Everest in 2014, Lynn served as head of portfolio management for Cole REIT and Cole Investments. He previously held various senior executive positions at ING Clarion and Clarion Partners, as well as AIG Global Real Estate.

Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
