David Liebman Launches Powerplay Real Estate Partners

David Liebman, SIOR, JD, recently formed a new company in the commercial real estate market called PowerPlay Real Estate Partners. The company is based in Highland Park, Illinois, and serves the industrial and commercial markets in the tri-state area, as well as national and international markets, through his connections with SIOR.

Liebman is an experienced deal maker and negotiator for property buyers, tenants, investors, occupiers and owners. “We named our new commercial real estate company PowerPlay because that’s what we deliver – an advantage to our clients by offering choices, causing owners or landlords to compete for their business,” Liebman explains.

“Due to the incredible shifts in the commercial real estate market, particularly with industrial and office space since the pandemic, it’s now more important than ever to have a professional in your corner as you acquire property or renew leases. We give buyers and renters leverage that they aren’t likely to curate on their own.”
