David Howard Named President of Lee & Associates Charleston

Lee & Associates named David Howard as president of its Charleston, SC office. The more than 30-year commercial real estate veteran, who most recently served for eight years as president of Lee & Associates in North San Diego County, has assumed the reins of what is a new position for the Charleston office.

Howard brings a history of successfully building and expanding CRE brokerage operations. He was the chief architect behind the expansion of Lee & Associates’ San Diego Carlsbad office, making it one of the firm’s most profitable offices throughout San Diego and the nation.
