David Hisey Named Stewart Information’s CFO

Former Nationstar and Fannie Mae CFO David Hisey has been appointed to Houston-headquartered Stewart Information Services Corp. as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Hisey will take over from Allen Berryman, who announced his retirement plans earlier in 2017. Hisey will oversee Stewart’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and audit functions, as well as investor relations and property management.

He brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience to Stewart, most recently as Senior Advisor to the CEO and acting CFO for Prospect Mortgage LLC. Additional jobs included Executive Vice President (EVP) and CFO, as well as Chief Strategy & External Affairs Officer and Chief of Staff for Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc., EVP and CFO for Fannie Mae and audit and consulting roles with KPMG LLP/Bearing Point Inc.
