David Egan Joins Stockbridge Capital in Chicago

David Egan has joined Stockbridge Capital as SVP, based in Chicago. He will focus primarily on the industrial real estate sector, providing Stockbridge with strategic insight on its current and growing industrial portfolio of more than 40 million square feet.

Before joining Stockbridge, Egan was head of strategy and consulting for CBRE Industrial Capital Markets and a member of CBRE National Partners, where he focused on developing and offering strategic investment advice to institutional investors. Previously, he was global head of industrial and logistics research with CBRE, and was responsible for research and thought leadership.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
