David Chase Returns to Brokerage with Key Role at B6
Veteran broker David Chase (pictured), who founded ONE Commercial Realty Services upon leaving Cushman & Wakefield two years ago, is leaving the presidency of that firm to join B6 Real Estate Advisors, the investment sales and capital advisory brokerage led by Paul Massey. It also represents his return to brokerage, a shift he called “an important milestone in my career.”
Chase is coming aboard as partner and executive managing director of investment sales. He will also be a territory manager, overseeing Northern Manhattan in a return to a brokerage model he knew at Massey Knakal Realty Services.
“David is a strong fit for both our core culture and the strategic, long-term goals of our company,” said Massey. “He brings an effective mix of both the keen market knowledge and the values that we expect from the territory agents in our firm.”
