David Brown Joins Transwestern in Tenant Advisory, Workplace Solutions Role

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) continues to expand its Phoenix footprint with the addition of David Brown as Executive Managing Director. Brown will oversee the region’s Tenant Advisory and Workplace Solutions business, providing tenant representation and advisory services for real estate occupiers.

Transwestern’s Mark Stratz says, “[Brown] brings a range of expertise in advising clients with real estate strategies and the impact on their business goals. His background is a tremendous asset as we help companies navigate a rapidly changing market.”

The 30-year veteran brings experience working with globally recognized companies. He has completed more than 700 transactions in 41 states and 10 countries. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Executive Director.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
